Plan descriptions:

Standard Program

This plan allows the student to train in any or all of the FBJJ classes that are available to them. Look at the schedule to see the wide variety of options available to you.

Advanced Program

The Advanced Program is ideal for anyone who wants to take their training and technique to the next level. This program is for individuals who are looking to rapidly improve their technique, skill, and conditioning in a short period of time. As part of the advanced program, you must attend a minimum of two training days per week. This program includes the following upon signup:

  • High quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu uniform: $105 value
  • One private lesson per month with the Head Coach: $120 value

The program is for everyone who wants to improve their skills at an accelerated rate. Competition is not required for those who choose to participate in

Military Special

Private lessons

A private lesson is a one on one training session between the student and FBJJ Head Coach, James Foster. The purpose of these lessons is to focus on the individual needs of each student, and to help them develop their own strategies and style. Private lessons are ideal for those who want to drastically improve their technique and conditioning in a short period of time.

Drop in classes

The purpose of the drop in class is two fold. It allows someone who is only able to train 1-2 times a month to train on a budget. Also, it's a great opportunity for someone who is vacationing or in town on business to get in some quality training.
