FBJJ was founded in 2003 by head instructor/owner James Foster. Our facility is conveniently located in Kent, Washington which is just south of Seattle.

We offer classes seven days a week, with multiple class types to choose from including: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Boxing/Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, Takedowns, Conditioning, Children's classes, and more!
